It is well-positioned as an innovative technology incubator focused on cutting-edge research in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), equipment manufacturing, industrial combustion, energy conservation & emission reduction, pipeline inspection, hydrogen applications, and other ‘specialized, refinement, differential, innovation’ (SRDI) fields. Foran Technology provides incubation support to technology projects through ‘industry-university-research-investment’ (IURI) integration, accelerating the commercialization and implementation of sci-tech achievements.

New Product1：Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Systems
Product Introduction
Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) is a high-efficiency, low-carbon emission, distributed combined heat and power (CHP) unit, one of the most efficient power generation technologies worldwide. It directly converts the chemical energy of fuels (including hydrocarbon fuels such as natural gas, syngas, ammonia and hydrogen) into electric energy through electrochemical reactions, delivering far higher energy conversion efficiency than conventional generators.
Product Features
High efficiency. DC power generation efficiency can reach 65%, and the combined heat-and-power efficiency can reach 85%.
Flexible and rapid deployment. As distributed combined heat and power equipment, the unit can be deployed within months after order placement and equipment manufacturing. Modular deployment enables adaptation to power and heat consumption demands.
Wide fuel compatibility. Compatible with natural gas, hydrogen blended natural gas, biogas, hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, biomass gas, etc.
Reduced CO₂emissions with negligible sulphide and nitride output. It has lower carbon emissions and low pollution for the same power output.
Vibration-free and low-noise. It creates no noise pollution and is environmentally friendly to the surrounding community.
Product Application
SOFC is a clean energy-supply device applicable to multiple scenarios including commercial complexes, industrial parks, data/computing power centers, biomass gas and tail-gas reuse, marine vessels, and grid peak-shaving. It boasts remarkable advantages over conventional power supply solutions.
New Product2：Diaphragm compressor
Product Introduction
Diaphragm compressor is a positive-displacement compressor with a special structure. Its cylinder requires no lubrication and delivers excellent sealing performance, thus known as a “pollution-free compressor”. It is especially suitable for compressing high-purity, rare and valuable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic, flammable and explosive gases.
Product Features
High purity and superior sealing performance; the purity of output gas can be stably maintained at 99.999%.
Pollution-free and leak-tight. The fully-enclosed structure mitigates potential leakage risks.
High discharge pressure. The discharge pressure can exceed 200 MPa under multi-stage compression.
Product Application
High-purity gases such as nitrogen, argon and helium are used as protective or reactive gases in the manufacturing of high-end electronic products and semiconductors. Diaphragm compressors can guarantee extremely high gas purity during compression and transportation.
In addition, diaphragm compressors are widely adopted in numerous fields including hydrogen energy and new energy, aerospace, nuclear power, food & pharmaceuticals, petrochemical industry, electronics industry, materials industry, national defense and military industry, scientific experiments, and inert gas extraction.
