Located in the Tannery Industrial Zone of Xinji City, Hebei Province, we specialize in bio-based materials.     New Product (1): CMOR Bio-based Latex Leather


Product description/Model/Performance Introduction/Functionality


CMOR Bio-based Latex Leather is based on the company's self-developed Cross-Material Optimized Regeneration (CMOR) process system, a leather-like regenerated material that combines high performance and high value. The product uses clean technologies such as solid-state molding to innovatively integrate natural resins, waste fibers from animal and plant sources, and textile/apparel waste, reshaping them into a newly born material with performance and aesthetics surpassing the original form. Its bio-based content reaches 40% to 99%. By using different types of fiber materials as reinforcing agents, it can produce flexible sheets with leather-like texture and rigid sheets with certain rigidity. Meanwhile, it also features functions like anti-slip, wear resistance, flame retardancy, antibacterial properties, and color changes with light and temperature variations, successfully achieving the green revival from agricultural waste to luxury-grade raw materials.


I. Product Types:


1.CMOR·华粹

Through recycling and processing natural animal fibers (leather scraps, cashmere, wool, etc.), a leather - like material is obtained. It aims to inherit the original luxurious characteristics of leather and wool. Each batch is unique, combining emotional value and scarcity.

2.CMOR·素

Through recycling and processing natural plant fibers (organic cotton, linen, ramie, etc.), a leather - like material is obtained. It aims to retain the natural and simple texture, conveying the concept of an organic, comfortable, and sustainable lifestyle.

3.CMOR·合

By successfully breaking down discarded complex mixed fabrics (synthetic fibers, composite fabrics, multi - component scraps, etc.) into fibers and then transforming them into controllable regenerated materials, it achieves a performance gradient spanning from flexible sheets to rigid sheets, opening up a new technical path for the circular economy. It aims to achieve 100% resource utilization of complex waste, with stable performance, high cost - effectiveness, and strong formability.

4.CMOR · Handcrafted Master Series

The CMOR Handcrafted Master Series is meticulously formulated with colors and patterns by the design director, then handcrafted and precisely controlled by senior artisans, making each stroke of color unique. Originating from the exclusively developed color system of the CMOR design team, it ultimately presents a master - level natural texture. Each piece is a unique mark jointly forged by craftsmanship and nature.

II、CMOR工艺体系具备三大核心能力:


The CMOR process system has three core capabilities:


Broad-spectrum processing capability: It efficiently adapts to various complex wastes such as natural fibers, synthetic fibers, leather, EVA, etc. With strong compatibility, it eliminates the need for cumbersome pre - sorting.


Value maximization capability: Through process synergy and complementarity, it enables the performance and aesthetics of regenerated materials to surpass traditional recycled products, achieving “waste value upgrading”.


Low environmental impact capability: Adopting clean technologies like solid - state molding, compared with virgin materials, water consumption is greatly reduced. It does not involve organic solvents, and COD emissions are effectively lowered, ensuring a fully green and environmentally friendly process throughout.
